About

Partroflux Ltd

Project delivery for real estate, construction & infrastructure · Lagos, Nigeria

Partroflux Ltd is a Lagos-based project delivery firm specialising in residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure development across Nigeria. We own the full real-estate lifecycle — from feasibility, design coordination, and statutory approvals (LASBCA, Lagos State Physical Planning Authority, Town Planning) through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Our portfolio includes 10+ multi-family and affordable housing developments with an aggregate value exceeding ₦1.5 billion. Individual project budgets range ₦10M–₦200M, and we consistently deliver ~10% under budget through value engineering, BOQ rationalisation, and disciplined vendor management.

We are trusted partners to investors, funders, and executive stakeholders, with a record of leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors across concurrent Lagos sites.

Working with

  • LASBCA
  • LASPPA
  • Lagos State Town Planning Authority
  • Lagos State Building Control Law
  • PMI (PMP — in progress)
  • HSE — Lagos

Buildings are delivered by disciplined programmes, not by slogans. The work is to plan tightly, procure honestly, and protect the schedule one week at a time.
